Over 95% of the world’s lab-grown rough diamonds originate from China, with cutting and polishing done in India and China. We use the internationally recognised IGI certification system (Shanghai and India) to ensure every stone meets strict global 4C grading standards.
We own production facilities in both China and Singapore. This allows us to control quality directly and offer significantly shorter lead times for custom jewellery.
It is a simple 3-step process:
- Consultation: We discuss your design preferences.
- Visuals: We provide a rendering for your approval.
- Production: Once confirmed, crafting takes 2 to 4 weeks.
- For ready stock items, delivery within Singapore takes 1–3 business days.
- For made-to-order pieces crafted in your selected size, delivery takes approximately 2–4 weeks.
- Ready Stock: Up to 2 weeks.
- Custom Pieces: 4–6 weeks.
Yes. For ready-stock items, we can arrange 24-hour express delivery or showroom collection. Please contact our customer service team for special arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
All products are non refundable and non exchangeable once they are completed and delivered.
